These Terms of Use govern your use of the Giftly Lists mobile application ("App") operated by Red Surge Technology ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Giftly Lists is a gift wishlist sharing app. You may use the App to create gift lists, add items, and share lists with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- •You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- •You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- •You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
Accounts
You may sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions
Giftly Lists offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Giftly Pro at $1.99/month. Giftly Pro unlocks up to 25 gift lists and removes ads.
- •Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- •Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- •You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store settings.
- •No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (list titles, item names, links). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@giftlylists.com.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Surge Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
